Kenneth E. Jones. Mr. Jones is a Director of the Bank, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank and is also a director of Middlefield Banc Corp. Mr. Jones is currently a self-employed financial consultant and advisor since April 2001. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Photonic Integrations Research, Inc. from April 1998 to April 2001, at which time the company was sold.  Mr. Jones earned a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1970 and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1972. Mr. Jones currently is and has been a State of Ohio licensed C.P.A.(inactive) since 1982.

George J. Kontogiannis. Mr. Kontogiannis is a Director of the Bank and has served as chief executive officer of The Kontogiannis Companies, a Columbus-based real estate management development and construction company, since 1966. Mr. Kontogiannis is a licensed architect. Mr. Kontogiannis received his Bachelor of Architecture from Ohio University in 1963.

Joseph C. Zanetos. Mr. Zanetos is a Director of the Bank and has served as president of Anthony-Thomas Candy Co., located in Columbus, Ohio, since 1994, after having served in a number of management positions with that company.

Clayton W. Rose, III. Mr. Rose is a Director of the Bank and a Certified Public Accountant and a partner with Rea & Associates, Inc., CPA?s in Dublin, Ohio. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University. He is very active in the Dublin community volunteering as a Trustee for the Dublin Convention and Visitors Bureau, past president of the Dublin Kiwanis Club, chairman of the City of Dublin Tax Board of Review, co-chair of the Dublin Irish Festival hospitality committee, and grand marshal of the 1999 Dublin Independence Day Celebration.

Glenn E. Aidt. Mr. Aidt is a Director of the Bank and has served as the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and President since its startup in 2004. Prior to organizing Emerald Bank, Mr. Aidt had over 40 years of experience in the financial institution industry. Most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director for Milton Federal Savings Bank in West Milton, Ohio. Mr. Aidt received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Education from Otterbein College and his M.B.A. in Business from the University of Dayton.

Thomas G. Caldwell. President and Chief Executive Officer of Middlefield Banc Corp. and The Middlefield Banking Company.

Richard T. Coyne. Chairman, Board of Directors, Middlefield Banc Corp. and Middlefield Banking Company. Retired from Jaco Products and Capital Plastics.
