The following are summaries of the background of each of the Officers of Emerald Bank.

|
Mr. Aidt is the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior to organizing Emerald Bank, Mr. Aidt had over 40 years of experience in the financial institution industry. Mr. Aidt worked eleven of those years for Milton Federal Savings Bank, West Milton, Ohio, serving as its Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director. During that time, he oversaw its growth from $94.0 million in assets to $259.0 million in assets. Prior to working at Milton Federal, he served as Group Vice President and member of the senior management team for Gem Savings in Dayton, Ohio. Most recently, Mr. Aidt served as regional client relationship manager and assistant vice president for Unizan Bank, a $2.8 billion national bank. During his banking career, Mr. Aidt has been involved in all facets of operations including lending, retail deposits, branching and investments. Mr. Aidt received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Education from Otterbein College and his M.B.A. in Business from the University of Dayton.

Mr. Hufford serves as the Bank's Senior Vice President and Chief Loan Officer. Mr. Hufford has over 30 years of experience in banking and lending. For eight of those years, he served as Senior Vice President of Lending for Milton Federal Savings Bank, West Milton, Ohio, where he underwrote primarily residential mortgage loans, construction loans and commercial real estate loans. Mr. Hufford originated over $150 million in mortgage loans at Milton Federal from 1990 to 1999. He supervised all lending activities, participated in loan committee meetings, was the Community Reinvestment Officer, and established special lending programs. During his career, he has been a vice president of commercial lending, a vice president business service officer, a branch manager and a vice president of mortgage lending. Mr. Hufford attended Wright State University and Bowling Green State University. He is a graduate of the Ohio Savings and Loan League Academy at Ohio University. |
