This non-interest bearing account caters to everyone! With no minimum balance requirement and no monthly service charge, this account provides everything you need in a basic checking account without putting a dent in your wallet like some of the larger bank's checking accounts. Our checking accounts offer unlimited check writing and the convenience of an Emerald Visa Debit card.
Minimum to open this account is $50.
Unlimited ATM access at our machine. Non-Emerald ATM access limited to three (3) per statement. $ 0.75 per transaction thereafter.

Emerald Checking pays a competitive interest rate (Current Rate) for your checking account funds without any monthly service fees if direct deposit of a payroll, Social Security, or recurring government check is established or a minimum daily balance of $500.00 is maintained. This account is perfect for individuals who prefer direct deposit or maintain a reasonable minimum account balance and like to keep their money working for them - not the bank.
Minimum to open this account is $50.
Minimum to earn interest is $100.
Minimum balance fee is $6.00.
Minimum daily balance to avoid fee is $500.

Emerald Investor Money Market Account

This account provides you the greatest flexibility. You can open an Emerald Investor MMA with a minimum investment of only $1,000. Interest (Current Rate) on this account is compounded daily and posted to your account on a monthly basis. With it's low minimum balance requirement to avoid monthly service fees, this account is perfect for starting that nest egg when you still may need ready access to your funds for emergencies.
Minimum to open: $1,000.
Minimum balance fee; $6.00.
Minimum balance to earn interest: $1,000.
Minimum balance to avoid fee $1,000.
Daily interest accrual (Compounded).
First set of standard checks is free.
Transaction limitations: Transfers from MMA limited to nine (9) per statement with no more than three (3) by check or draft.
Excessive transaction fee of $1.00 for each occurrence after nine (9).

2 Karat Emerald Investors Money Market Account

All the great benefits of the Emerald Investor MMA, but geared to earn you more money. You can open an Emerald 2KT Investor MMA with a minimum investment of $20,000. The larger investment allows us to provide you with a higher rate of return (Current Rate).

Minimum balance fee: $6.00.
Minimum balance to earn interest: $20,000.
Minimum balance to avoid fee $20,000.

High Yield Money Market Account

Designed for the largest of investors who want the flexibility and accessibility of a checking account, but want to keep their money earning for them at the high rate of interest (Current Rate). Emerald High Yield Investor MMA requires a minimum investment of $100,000.
Minimum to open: $100,000.
Minimum balance fee: $12.00.
Minimum balance to earn interest: $100,000.
Minimum balance to avoid fee $100,000.
Daily interest accrual.
First set of standard checks is free.
Transaction limitations: Transfers from MMA limited to nine (9) per statement cycle with no more than three (3) by check or draft.
Excessive transaction fee of $1.00 for each occurrence alter nine (9).
