Emerald Holiday Account

Looking for an easy way to handle all those expenses that seem to pop up around the holidays? With an Emerald Holiday Savings Account, you can systematically save on a per pay, per week, or monthly basis towards a debt-free holiday season. In early November of each year, Emerald Bank will forward the balance in your account plus interest (Current Rate) directly to you.
Minimum to open: $50.00
Interest will not be compounded, interest will be credited every quarter
Transaction limitations: Transfers from Savings limited to six (6) per statement cycle with no more than three (3) by check or draft
A per item withdrawn fee of $3.00 will be charged for each withdrawal between Jan, 1 and Oct. 15 each year

Emerald Kids Savings Account

Developed for minors, this account has no minimum balance requirement or service fee until the account holder turns 18 years old. By starting an Emerald Children's Savings account, your child will start learning the importance of lifetime savings (Current Rate).

Coverdell Education Account

The Coverdell Education Savings Account is a nondeductible account that features tax‑free withdrawals for a child's education expenses.
